This morning got up with an head ache, don't know why but looking out of the window I knew. Dhaka is full of smog once again, and the other side of the gulshan lake was covered in a smoke like fog. Incidentally today I also have an appointment with the Department of Environment to discuss a certificate for our project. That certificate is long overdue and is stuck in the bureaucracy of corrupt officials and other egoistic government career chasers. It is not a meeting I happily attend, but sort of have to go thanks to the color of my skin.
